SAP SuccessFactors (Succession Planning) Consultant - Seattle, US - 6 months
My client is looking for a SAP Success Factors Consultants for a new implementation project based in Seattle, USA.
The right candidate will ideally have minimum 1-2 years SAP Success Factors experience, with at least 1 full implementation project, doing blue print design, implementation, customization, configuration and post Go Live support, of all aspects of the SAP Success Factors Modules, with particular experience on the Succession Planning Sub module.
Candidates should also have a good understanding of business processes and configuration in SuccessFactors, strong business consulting skills to interact with client to collect requirements and engage various stakeholders during requirement gathering and blueprint, and should be able to define testing strategy for functional testing and should be able to manage UAT expectation with business users.
This project is for an immediate start but can wait until 4th January for the right person.
