My prestigious client have need of an excellent Change Analyst to support them on a major IT Implementation Programme.
Reporting into the Change Manager, you will ideally have some experience of 'pure' Change or Change Specialist roles. This role is highly business facing, so you should have excellent communicaiton, engagement management & stakeholder management skills and you will be comfortable speaking to users, managing expectaitons and discussing change.
This is an analyst level role, so the ideal candidate will have around 2 - 3 years of experience of Change. The client do not want to consider Change Managers or caniddates at a very senior level.
As such, key skills and experience includes;
- 2 - 3 Years Change Management
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Able to deliver presentations
- Adkar / PROSCI accreditation or experience is desireable but not essential
- Change Specific Roles (not Change Management in BA / PM roles)
- Correct Level for Analyst roles
This role can start immediately and will be paid on a daily rate at circa £300 - £375 depending on experience
