Your tasks:
- Operating webcast recordings as well as monitoring of devices, consoles and subsystems in the area of Webcast
- Analysing system messages, triggering fault correction procedures and workarounds
- Planning based on requirements
- Clarifying, documenting and eliminating exceptional conditions and incorrect system states in ticketing system (incident management)
- Initiating and controlling the maintenance tasks
- Keeping processing and error logs up as well as generating statistics and checklists
Your qualifications
- Profound experience conducting technical planning and organization of webcasts
- Knowledge of gathering customer requirements and recommending technical setups
- Consulting and training in the area of webcast and broadcast for support staff (locally or offsite)
- In-depth experience in webcast, audio and video technologies
- Strong customer and service orientation and being a great team-player
- Proficiency in English, German or Spanish are beneficial
- Cultural knowledge is desirable
- Experience in the field of pharma is a plus
