User Researcher/usability/ux/strategy/user/research
The Company
ConSol Partners are currently looking for a User Researcher to work for their public sector client based in the North East, who have recently undergone a large transformation and are aiming to kick start some brand new greenfield projects within the organisation as we come into the new year. The initial contract will last until the end of March with a 6-12 month extension from there on.
The Role
The work will be based on site, five days a week. They have a flexible budget for the right person, but above all they want someone who will be passionate about the project, has a genuine interest in helping the organisation grow and will have innovative ideas to share with the team. The job role is aimed at an experienced User Researcher with years of experience spanning a variety of digital projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrable ability to conduct a variety of usability testing methods to expose customer insights and needs for digital services.
- Proven ability to create research strategies and methods.
- Proven negotiation skills with demonstrable ability to explain user needs to stakeholders.
- Expert awareness of human factors, user centric design and ethnography.
- Extensive experience working with intricate user journeys, including familiarity with the structure of steps to achieve transactions.
