Description

Summary:
  • Process and Standard Work development in welding, machining, paint and assembly.
  • Process development and Standard Work development.
  • Capital research and deployment.
  • Shop floor liaison for technical questions related to machining, welding, paint and assembly.
SKILLS:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Manufacturing or Industrial engineering required.
  • Two to four years manufacturing engineering experience desired.
  • Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Team player and detail oriented. Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer generated reports.
  • Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of welding, machining, painting and assembly processes.
  • Pro E experience, mapics experience or other manufacturing ordering systems, routing maintenance, process development, experience with industrial welding, painting, assembly and machining.
  • Capital management. Fixture and tooling design experience required.
  • Soft Skills Required: Team player, personable, ability work independently and part of a team
