- Capital research and deployment.
- Shop floor liaison for technical questions related to machining, welding, paint and assembly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Manufacturing or Industrial engineering required.
- Two to four years manufacturing engineering experience desired.
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented. Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer generated reports.
- Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field.
- Understanding and working knowledge of welding, machining, painting and assembly processes.
- Pro E experience, mapics experience or other manufacturing ordering systems, routing maintenance, process development, experience with industrial welding, painting, assembly and machining.
- Capital management. Fixture and tooling design experience required.
- Soft Skills Required: Team player, personable, ability work independently and part of a team
