Description

Responsibilities:
  • Service Engineer to cover upper power train components and systems for Construction Machine applications.
  • This position will be responsible for executing a specific set of product support deliverables and will be responsible for attending and occasionally presenting in these meetings.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping with DSN request, checking in parts and documenting details
Typical Day:
  • Helping the Service Engineer, drafting, finding publications, working training documents.
SKILLS:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Two to four years engineering experience required.
  • Basic understanding of Machine Transmission & Torque Convertors
  • Basic understanding of company Publications and Training
  • Basic Understanding of Dealer Operations and Customer interaction
  • Basic Understanding of service engineering
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Very knowledgeable with Excel (pivot table, V-Lookup), Word, PowerPoint, Data Analytic background, Shop Experience (automotive or mechanic) required.
  • RWA (Warranty Database system), preferred
  • TMI (Technical Marketing Information), preferred
  • SISWeb, preferred
  • Soft Skills Required: Must be able to do some presentations and communicate clearly during those, must be able to work extensively with the team.
