Description

Service Operations Management (SOM) Capability Lead required by my Media client in West London.

The successful Service Operations Management (SOM) Capability Lead will contribute to the overall SOM strategy and vision of a major Media brand.

In order to be successful the Service Operations Management Capability (SOM) Lead will need to be ITIL Expert/Intermediate qualified, have 5+ years demonstrable process design and implementation experience, experience of workshop based analysis and requirements gathering and be able to determine process and tool data requirements in line with best practice.

In addition the candidate will need to have expertise in one or more of the following Service Management Groups:

- Incident/Problem
- Change
- Knowledge
- SLA Reporting
- Catalogue & Requests
- Service Asset & Configuration Management
