SAP/ERP Organisational Change Manager - 12 months - Amsterdam - English speaking
We require a Senior Organisational Change and Communications Manager for a large SAP programme.
Interviews will take place immediately for suitable consultants.
Skills:
You must have a minimum 7 years experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills Previous SAP experience (Minimum 4-5 years)
The role:
- You will advise and lead the design, development and execution of Integrated Change Plans for a large complex SAP/ERP project, including leadership alignment and stakeholder management and all other change, communication and education activities
- You will work with assigned Global IT project leadership team to ensure alignment with BU and function leadership.
- You will integrate people and other resources to carry out the Change Plan Stakeholder Engagement Plans Change/Impact Action Plan based on Change Impact Assessments Master role mapping of SAP roles and user mapping
- Be hands-on with communication materials
