Description: This is a high level position that involves strategy and planning - looking at the big picture! This is going to be a part of a large merger & acquisitions project for an enterprise environment, this position will deal with the communications piece and change management of that. You will communicate all the messages to the company and help align their goals and have everyone on the same page.
Required Experience:
- Must have experience with the change management of a mergers/acquisitions project in an enterprise environment
- We need a candidate with strong Change Management and Project Management experience, experience drafting communications and training materials.
- Need to have experience working with large companies/projects
- Strong communications writing background to figure out what the client needs to communicate to all the business users/teams and draft/write the communications strategies
- Strong change management, communication, training, and process reorganization skills
- Strong process change and restructure experience
- LMS, eLearning
- Marketing background
- Excellent documentation
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Need senior leadership skills
- Strong personality-soft skills are very important in this role
- Excellent presentation skills
- Someone who can think on their feet and out of the box
