A fantastic opportunity to work for a global biopharmaceutical company on a large expansion project at a facility in Sweden.Role:
Our client is currently building the project control team for the full lifecycle of the project and need experienced and confident individuals to build the project lead team.
Project Requirement:
- Lead & Manage all facets of the Project Cost Control Group ensuring the project is managed, reported and delivered within the project budget and cash flow constraints.
- Manage and monitor the Project Scheduling process from detailed design phase, vendor selection award and delivery
- Lead the Project Risk Management exercise throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead & Manager project document control process
- Lead & Manage the overview of all Client and contractual activities relating to the project including reporting
- Procurement Oversight in line with Client processes, due diligence and policies including audits
- Oversight of Project Management Office
Skills/Experience:
- Extensive and broad experience in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry, working in an international environment on a variety of expansion and new build projects
- Experience in leading a Project Controls team on a large engineering or new build project
- Previous experience of budget management, project reporting, project scheduling, risk management, document control and supplier management essential
- Open minded and flexible individual who enjoys working with new technologies and strategies
- Confident and proactive attitude, able drive and motivate a team
- Solution orientated
- Excellent communication skills to build internal team relationships as well as internal and external stakeholder management
