Computer Futures are currently working with a key client seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to be based in their Leicester office.This is an ideal role for a talented and proactive individual with proven experience within a Cisco service provider environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and commission LANs and WANs
- Project plan, configure and deploy network infrastructure hardware
- Monitor health of clients' network infrastructure
- Provide second and third line support to clients via telephone and email for the range of the clients' services
- To provide diagnosis and resolution of issues raised by clients
- Report and manage issues through our wholesale suppliers
- Keeping clients up to date at all times
- Answering clients' questions
In order to be successful you MUST have the following:
- Routing and Switching experience
- Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- CCNP
