Content Management Solutions Consultant

Description

This position requires strong business and technology consulting skills including problem solving, managing business relationships, customer diplomacy, technology management, program coordination and solution delivery in support of responsibilities for security and compliance. The key responsibilities include business engagement development and concept definition, consulting, solution planning, requirement and business process engineering, as well as coordination with cross-functional teams. Solution Consultant will independently handle a variety of high profile requests and produce high quality deliverables. The right candidate must be results oriented leader with business and technology savvy and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as effectively deliver solutions and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Providing leadership to create a close alignment with KP business organizations and bridge the gap between multiple technical functions and technologies,
  • Acting as a liaison between technical and business teams to identify the business objectives and requirements, define the business processes and procedures, and understand the effort needed to complete the work,
  • Facilitating reviews and validating the logical solution design to drive budget and resource planning,
  • Identifying roles and responsibilities from solution consulting perspective,
  • Working with project stakeholders, technical teams and enterprise functions to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions consulting including negotiating service level agreements, technology assessment, enterprise alignment, customer and vendor relationships, process improvement, developing and executing delivery plans for large complex IT systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar degree
  • Knowledge of Access Management and Information Security
  • Strong knowledge of process development and business requirements management.
  • Solid written and oral communications skills with an ability to present and obtain Sr. Management buy-in.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams spanning multiple organizations and locations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, Matrix and fast paced environment.
