For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Communications and Organisational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Design, adjust and implement organizational change management (OCM) and communication plans
  • Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
  • Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of these global channels
  • Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
  • Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure success of project
  • Assess change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
  • Support training efforts

Your qualifications
  • Profound experience in Change Management of Roll-Out projects
  • Experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies such as Prosci
  • Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
  • Experience in working in IT project implementation projects
  • Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
  • Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
