Job Description:- Manage the onboarding of an account which includes making recommendations on account structure, keywords, ad copy, and account features
- Once live, complete routine reporting and in-depth quantitative ad hoc analyses, and recommend action items to improve performance
- Articulate and execute search engine marketing strategies such as A/B testing, tiered bidding, account structure, dynamic parameters
- Present recommendations to Sellers and AMs, may be required to join advertiser calls as needed
- Develop the editorial assets needed for client to execute recommendations
- Performs as an active thought leader on SEM landscape, staying abreast of current search engine trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborates on best practices, reporting systems and tools across various departments
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum educational requirement: BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word. A general understanding of marketing principles is required. Content Development skills are a must.
- Google AdWords certification and Bing adCenter certification preferred; resource will be required to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Solid work ethic, teaming, adaptation to fast-paced environment, and works well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
- Excellent professional, communication (both verbal and written) skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to research and solve problems.
- Search Engine Marketing - 1-2 years Search Engine Marketing to include Pay Per Click (PPC). Search Engine Marketing professional; 2-3 years preferred.
- Pay Per Click - Clear understanding of PPC/SEM
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Analytic skills certification a plus
- Experience setting up Spanish Google AdWords campaigns a plus.
