Service Architect - ITSM/TOGAF/SIAM
My client, a market leading Media/Broadcast organisation, are currently recruiting for a Service Architect on an initial 12 months contract based in London. The Service Architect is being recruited as part of the implementation of the Service Operations Management Design & Implementation Project. The Service Architect will work with Tooling and Process leads as part of the SOM Service Architecture group managing the introduction of SOM Capability into the company. The Service Architect will provide a high level of capability with respect to service management, ITSM toolsets, service architecture, business services along with the operational implications and will naturally create service designs to optimise service delivery and quality, either Bespoke to drawn from a service catalogue.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Detailed knowledge of service architecture
- Strong demonstrable capability in designing services including resource, process and tools, by analysing costs and risk to form commercially viable proposals. Good leadership and management skills
- In-depth understanding of internal and external customers/partners/stakeholders and their requirements
- Good understanding of developing and managing budgets and business forecasting
Experience:
- Previous experience in experience in a similar position designing complex, large scale transformation technology services in a multi-sourced Tower/SIAM organisation
- Substantial relevant experience gained over many years across a range of technology and business areas
- Relevant experience with Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF principles
- Demonstrable and practical experience of change to business processes and systems, delivering cost savings and service improvements for customers.
- Extensive experience across all phases of the IT life cycle including agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Significant experience of new technology acquisition and development
