Description
As an experienced Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will work in conjunction with the client's TDA, design a new MIM system taking advantage of the new workflow portals and codeless MA systems. Integrate MIM into the HR system (Workday), agreeing Attributes and owners to be used.
Your key tasks on this 18-month Identity Program for our FTSE 100 client will be to:
- Define, design and document the MIM into Workday interface
- Workday into MIM into AD attributes mapping for the provisioning of users accounts
- Produce HLD/LLD for the above with ROM (rough order magnitude) costs and timeline
You will need:
- Knowledge of MIM (Over standard FIM) including the new portal and workflow tools
- Experience of working in a programme team and be able to contextualise and discuss the AD stream in the scope of the other areas
IDEALLY, you will have MIM experience, especially with the MIM portal product, but as MIM is a new product it is not essential, however you should be able to name the major differences between FIM and MIM.
Obviously your Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) and Microsoft Active Directory (AD) skill set will be your strongest.
The majority of this contract should be Work from Home. You may be required on site in London, Yorkshire or East Anglia for up to 2 days per week.
