Introduction:

Role:
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Process Engineer to accompany the rollout of a new CAD / PDM system. Development experience and a professional background as a mechanical engineer are mandatory.

Fields of activity:
- Incorporation into CAD system ENOVIA V6 / CATIA V6 including adaptation of the associated development process documentation (SOP and best practices)
- Assistance in testing the new CAD / PDM system and support in the preparation of information and training materials
- Work with local RnD and IT staff, as well as external partners

Requirements:
- Experience in product development and processes for medical devices (background: mechanical engineering)
- 5-10 years of professional experience
- CATIA V5: Very good knowledge
- CATIA V6 / ENOVIA V6: Intermediate to good knowledge
- If appropriate, knowledge of Mentor Graphics and SolidWorks
- SAP: Good to very good knowledge
- MS Office: Good knowledge
- Education: Degree in a higher technical school

Languages:
- Must: Fluent in German (spoken and written), preferably native speaker
- Desirable: Good English skills (written & spoken)
- Nice-to-have: A basic knowledge of French (spoken and written)
