A Leading Financial Services Company are expanding their Insurance Design Team which works on all aspects of design such as people, process, data and systems and are recruiting for an Insurance Design Lead to be based in Bristol (flexibility).
The role involves Leading the definition of the Financial Reporting, MI and Analytics, Data warehousing and Planning Budgeting and Forecasting elements of the Target Operating Model (TOM) including transition state documents.
The Successful Design Lead will need the following skills/experience:
- Insurance Finance Reporting, MI, planning and forecasting capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management
- Track record of delivering change
- Identifying and documenting key design decisions
- Preparation of TOM elements especially data, process and systems.
