Description
The main responsibility is to ensure that all solution deliveries to customers are made in a professional manner, achieving customer satisfaction and securing profitability for the company.
Depending on the applicable functional skill, the responsibilities are:
- Participation in customer projects
- Collection and analysis of customer requirements
- Acquisition of network data and information
- Perform Network Planning and Design for 2G/3G/4G
- Ranks and select from a radio perspective the best site candidates for new sites, attends technical visits (drafts), validates technical drawings, prepares site acceptance scorings, defines radio equipments to be installed within a pre-defined validated list (technical site specifications) and defines parameter settings concerning the sites in the region. Prepare presentation towards costumer for site solution.
- Perform Initial Tuning 2G/3G/4G
- Performs the integration of new sites, sectorisation and capacity extension into the existing network in order to ensure deployment network objectives
- Prepares site acceptance scorings
- Perform Network Optimization at cellular/cluster level 2G/3G/4G in order to contribute to regional quality of service by
- investigating network performance (based on analysis of drive tests results, clients complaints, performance indicator, )
- issuing, discussing and/or implementing optimization recommendations (optimization of cell parameters and aerials, ) for network improvement
- Detects, analyses day to day network performance at cell level by Worst Cell List (WCL) and Customer Trouble Tickets (CTT), launches corrective actions and ensures follow-up.
