Organisational Development ConsultantA great opportunity has arisen in a prime London location for an experienced Organisational Development consultant with extensive knowledge and a track record of delivery. This exciting opportunity means the successful candidate will have the chance to impact a massive project and implement a new strategy
START: January 2016
CONTRACT: 6 Months initially
LOCATION: London
INTERVIEW: Immediate
RATE: £300 - £370 per day
Overview of duties:
- An organisation expert in developing and managing specific areas of change in a higher education/University environment.
- Co-ordination, supervision and leader of development and training projects that support a comparable change agenda/projects.
- Contribution to the strategic planning of organisation-wide development and training programmes.
- Provision of expert advice that support Faculty and Department organisational development projects.
- Leadership within a Development and Training function within a higher education/university environment
Organisation and project management experience of a range of organisational development projects that support organisational Change agenda or Academia projects.
- Contribute to the wider Learning and the People Strategy through the provision of specialised development and training advice on academic change agenda, ways of working, staff engagement and skills development.
- Project manage a range of diverse projects in parallel with specified project areas, working with internal and external partners/providers.
- Design, implement and evaluate a range of interventions to support the delivery of the key project areas identified above
- Provide advice and guidance to HR Client Partners to support the diagnosis, delivery and evaluation of faculty and department projects.
