Description
An NHS organisation based in Greater London are looking for an Organisational Development Manager for an initial 3 month contract to start ASAP.The suitable candidate will deliver OD, Talent and Leadership initiatives across the organisation and they will design and facilitate developmental and learning interventions for individuals and groups. You will also work with the team to design and implement the organisations Talent systems.
Essential criteria:
* NHS or other public sector experience
* HR experience
* In-depth knowledge of OD, talent, learning and change
