Instructional Designer (50-100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Adjust and Implement training plans in cooperation with training manager
- Apply structured methodology to design and develop training courses for internal staff and external Business Partners
- Prepare training scripts and schedules
- Design, and develop training workshops
- Support training efforts
- Develop instructional strategies
- Implement evaluation measures to gather user satisfaction
- Responsible for production of training materials in various formats including classroom training and e-learning
- Provide assistance to trainers and training manager
Your qualifications
- Sound knowledge of ID concepts and e-learning technologies (either Articulate Presenter/Storyline or Quizmaker-TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) or Adobe Captivate Lectora)
- Formal Instructional Design Certification
- Experience in training needs and analysis as well as implementation strategies
- Strong skills in instructional design and content/curriculum development
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent graphic Design Skills and profound proficiency in working virtually
- Full professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Experience of working in IT project implementation projects
