For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an
Instructional Designer (50-100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Adjust and Implement training plans in cooperation with training manager
  • Apply structured methodology to design and develop training courses for internal staff and external Business Partners
  • Prepare training scripts and schedules
  • Design, and develop training workshops
  • Support training efforts
  • Develop instructional strategies
  • Implement evaluation measures to gather user satisfaction
  • Responsible for production of training materials in various formats including classroom training and e-learning
  • Provide assistance to trainers and training manager


Your qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of ID concepts and e-learning technologies (either Articulate Presenter/Storyline or Quizmaker-TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) or Adobe Captivate Lectora)
  • Formal Instructional Design Certification
  • Experience in training needs and analysis as well as implementation strategies
  • Strong skills in instructional design and content/curriculum development
  • Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
  • Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent graphic Design Skills and profound proficiency in working virtually
  • Full professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)
  • Pharma experience is a plus
  • Experience of working in IT project implementation projects
