Description

My client, a nationwide, multi-site organisation has an enviably strong position in the UK freight and transport sector and has embarked upon a significant Transformation Programme which will impact on all of its 2000+ employees and the processes that drive the organisation. Key to the successful delivery of the Programme goals will be the communication of the process and cultural changes that will take place and so the group wishes to appoint a number of e-Learning Content Authors.

Based in Central London and reporting to the Business Transformation Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing of effective eLearning content to support each of the organisations work streams covering IT, culture and processes. You will work closely with the Training & Change Business Partners who will be delivering training to a diverse audience and you will work closely with the Training Co-Ordinator on the Learning Management System. Calling on your expertise in this area you will provide support and guidance on the best approach to gain maximum knowledge transfer and audience engagement.

The successful applicants will be able to point to their experience of designing such content for systems projects, ideally but not essentially SAP; a background using authoring systems such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora etc.; display a high attention to detail, time management, personal organisation and problem solving. You must be a team player and ideally have experience of using a learning Management System to publish eLearning content eg Cornerstone onDemand.

Candidates who are intrigued by this challenging role which will be for a minimum 2 year fixed term contract should apply with full CV to Mark Spiers.
