Resourcing Advisor - 6 Month Contract - City Of London - £200 - £230 Per Day
My Fortune 500 media company has an exciting opportnity for an experienced resource advisor to join theiroragnisation on a contractual basis. This key role is to work in partnership with a wider team to deliver talent into the business. You will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and supply a direct sourcing channel to compliment the full Resourcing proposition. Furthermore, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, engaging and the pre-selection of candidates for specified roles, utilising all available direct sourcing tools including internal talent pools.
Key responsibilities Include
- Full end to end talent resourcing ownership; from requisition approval to on-boarding and induction
- Workforce planning through direct hire methodologies
- Support interview & assessment centre processes including structure design, competency framework & case studies
- Conducting senior level headhunts and search and selection techniques
- PSL Management
- Build effective working relationships with line and senior management by advising of the availability of talent in the marketplace via a business partnering relationship
- Volume recruitment support to Service Centre network throughout the year (inc. operational peak period) via advertising, candidate sourcing, telephone screening & interview scheduling
