Japanese Speaking SAP APO Consultant Needed

Duration: 12 Months
Location: Shiga, Japan
Language Japanese
Project language is English. Since local Japanese business is lacking required English skills, we are looking for a support for our SCP (SAP APO) IT team, which will safeguard communication between the local Japanese business and the IT team during the whole project (eg by a native/fluent Japanese speaking resource).
This support might also be needed for the PP team in a similar way (tbc).
Service Definition and Required Deliverables
* Support communication between SCP IT team and local business in Japan in general
* Join calls between IT team and local business in Japan and translate when required and safeguard mutual understanding
* Join project workshops in Japan (like design workshop, structured walk through, etc) with IT team and local business and translate when required and safeguard mutual understanding
* Support local business in performing their project tasks like eg definition of MRP controller, creation of BOMs, definition of set-up Matrix, document review etc.
* Support key user training, which is performed by IT team
* Support end user training, which is performed by local key users
* Support other activities like migration activities, fit4purpose testing etc
* Support local business during hypercare phase
* Service to be delivered on site in Shiga, Japan.
* Availability of service on public holidays during cut over phase might be required.
* Service times and availability will be agreed based on actual demand and project activity between IT team and service supplier
* Service provided must match the following quality criteria:
* Proven experience in SAP environment
* APO skills preferred, at least PP-PI skill required
* Excellence in communication
* Native/fluent Japanese speaking
* Fluent English skills written and spoken
* Service supplier must ensure continuity with regard to know how and service delivery contact
