Nurse Assessors
Location - West Midlands
Contract Length - 3 months
Nurse Assessors are required to join a large Continuing Health Care in the West Midlands

Working in partnership with an NHS organisation, we are seeking to appoint a Continuing Health care Nurse Assessor to support the organisation on an interim basis for 3 months initially with the potential to extend beyond

Essential experience
  • You must have a current in date Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Experience of working in a MDT
  • Carrying out assessments for suitability of care packages
  • Writing reports of assessments
  • Knowledge of the Continuing Health care framework
  • Experience of utilising Decision Support Tool (DST) and able to work
