Role: Systems Engineer
Location: Hampshire, near Portsmouth/Southampton
Rate: £40 per hour
Length: 3 month rolling contract
One of my most loyal clients have asked me to source a highly skilled, confident systems engineer who will be able to join their team to work on some important new project work. You will be confident and able to work efficiently as part of a multi-disciplined team, with minimal guidance.
Key duties:
-Capture and manage system requirements and design specifications following analysis of customer requirements
-Prepare requirements specifications addressing all system aspects including mechanical, software and hardware
-Working within a multi-disciplined team supporting engineers with management of safety case
-Preparation of documentation
Requirements:
-Experience within avionics or aerospace is essential
-Knowledge of aerospace and avionic standards
-Experience with requirement management tools, ideally 'Reqtify'
-Experience managing and supporting the customer through design reviews and audits
