The Client
Our client is a financial services bank who are looking for an Investor Relations specialist in ideally Capital Markets but there is some flexibility.
The Interim Assignment
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the roadshows
- Preparing the presentations and associated documentation
- Working to share information with the relevant analyst/brokers
- Managing the schedules
- Providing robust support to the process
The Interim Manager
You will have the following:
- In-depth experience in working in Investor Relations
- An understanding of capital markets, investment banking or banking
- Be available at short notice
- Equity knowledge and experience
- Solid Investor Relations experience
- Corporate Broking experience
