World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for Global Social Media Strategy Manager to join their fast-paced and dynamic Retail Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver Social Media Strategies
Monitor and analyse Social, Email and Web metrics to optimise campaign performance and business strategy
Content calendar development for the Brand's Social Media channels
Produce best practice and brand guideline manuals for marketing teams
Ideal Candidates:
Proven experience in developing social campaign strategies
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Multinational stakeholder management
Proven experience managing a team
Ideally involved in social media skills development/training and advancement
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
