Description
Summary:- The Mass Sales Support position will be responsible for providing support for Broker, Door-to-Door, Telesales, internal and external sales activity.
- Additional responsibilities will include contract generation, enrollment processing, reporting, and working closely with channel management/partners.
- Coordinate and manage sales requests for contracts on a daily basis
- Work with broker and other sales teams regarding pricing, contracts and any issues concerning contract requests and enrollments
- Contract generation and enrollment processing
- Ensure that the requests are accounted for and tracking mechanisms are put in place to measure results
- Work with the Sales leaders in each market to report on the results of activity
- Feedback any issues regarding follow-up to the Channel lead
- Ensure that approved sales scripts are kept in a shared file for easy access and revise as required/
- Deal with day to day issues that results from the sales support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of sales support or administrative related experience.
- Energy experience preferred not required.
- Previous sales support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy
- Detailed understanding of business development processes or has sufficient technical background and learning aptitude to be able to quickly master the basic components of the sales processes
- Able to excel in a team environment with little direct supervision
- Ability to take initiative
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form to all levels of an organization.
- 2-3 years of solid Sales support experience required.
- The candidate must be proficient in Excel.
- Must be able to learn quickly and retain what has been learned.
- Good communication skills and must have a can do attitude.
