SKILLS:

Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's Degree or related space planning experience.
Strong AutoCAD skills in release 2008 or higher
Strong design knowledge of restaurants and commercial kitchens
Solid understanding of kitchen equipment and functions
Ability to interpret codes and ADA requirements and how they impact design preferred
Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design to produce working kitchen drawings
Possess Project/Client/Vendor management skills
Understand ergonomics and efficient space utilization
Exposure to the architecture/construction field
Ability to identify and implement technical and creative solutions for specific aspects of facilities designs
FCSI affiliation is a desired credential but not required
