My Client, a top tier Bank is looking for an experienced policy Manager to join the wholesale credit risk team; you will be working on the IFRS9 regulatory changes across the group. The successful candidate will be tasked with speaking to global stakeholders, developing new policy and implementing that policy.
You must have an extensive policy writing experience within a credit risk environment with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. You will also need a strong knowledge of associated credit products and a background in credit risk management. Excellent communication is essential, you will be expected to present and facilitate meeting with senior stakeholders, regulators and key business areas in order to align the credit risk policy.
The ideal candidate will have previous cross functional working experience, building relationships with credit risk teams and heads of standards to ensure policies are passed throughout the entirety of the organisation.
