The customer has outsourced its data center operations to a vendor. The contract period is approaching termination and the customer has initiated an RFI/RFP process to acquire a new contract. We are starting the RFP process/project with a tentative termination deadline (contract signature) in early fall 2016.
Description of resource needed
The RFP process and project is being run by a project manager from the customer. We need a technical person who will be able to assemble, collate and write all the necessary documentation for this tender. This is a full time role in the period from now until sometime before the end of the RFP period. A minimum engagement of three months can be expected.
Competence profile
We are looking for someone with;
- Experience in writing RFP and contracts (judicial competence not required) for data centers.
- Good background in technology with a basic understanding and/or experience in the setup, running and contractual elements needed for a data center.
- Good command of English
- Cooperative skills, team skills and a self-driven person.
