OCM Coordinator IT Process Rollout (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Work with Program OCM Lead to design, adjust and implement OCM and Communication Plans
- Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts: design and implement communications
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordination with owners of global channels
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Identify additional OCM activities ensuring success of the project
- Assess change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Ready to travel internationally up to 50% of working time at peaks
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in change projects and an interest in change methodologies
- Relevant commercial experience in a multinational company
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully in projects
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
