You should have a very deep HR business knowledge and a proven track-record in SAP BO 4.0 Webi. By preference you should have experience with implementing reporting solutions in an HR Department of a Belgian Retail Company based on the existing data models.
You are responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of ad hoc and standard reports and dashboards for the HR department and you are proud of your methodological and analytical approach to do so. Together with your stakeholders you analyze and design their reporting needs. This will results in strong and steady relationships of trust with our stakeholders.
Knowledge and technical skills
- A Master Degree or equivalent by experience;
- A deep knowledge of HR Business Processes and Belgian Payroll rules;
- Knowledge of SAP HR: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Performance Management;
- 2 to 3 years of SAP BO webi experience. Knowledge of Design Studio or Lumira is an asset;
- Advanced in MS Excel
Know how
- You are thoroughly bi-lingual: Dutch and English or even better Dutch and French and English
- Functional knowledge of HR Business Processes and of management reporting;
- Knowledge of HR Analytics;
- Feeling for layout of data visualizations and data storytelling.
- You have extensive experience in functional testing of webi reports, dashboards, and data mappings;
- Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs
