System Engineers - Cambridge - CONTRACT
iO's market leading client based in Cambridge are looking for multiple 'System Engineers' to join a number of exciting projects for a long term 12 months contract to start ASAP.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience of -
- Good experience of electronics/systems design in aerospace
- Conversant with system design practice
- Conversant with safety critical architectures
- Familiar with circuit design, analysis, test and modelling techniques for analogue and digital circuitry
- Familiar with software design, DO254, DO178B, DO160, ARP4754A and DOORS
- Familiar with system modelling in MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Familiar with the manufacturing techniques used for aerospace
It would also be beneficial if you have exposure to the following: -
- Electrical, thermal and mechanical stress calculations
- Hydraulic system design
- PCB design
- EMC techniques
- Hardware design techniques
- Software design techniques
- Fault tree analysis and reliability prediction
