Your tasks:
- Take responsibility for the overall usability and user experience of the website
- Own, manage, set up, run and report on all quantitative and qualitative usability testing
- Summarise the findings and manage the implementation of optimisations, best practices and industry standards
- Define and ensure that stakeholders apply and adhere to the UX standards
Your qualifications
- Fluent English
- Similar experience for global sites
- Experience of moderating and analysing usability tests
- Self-directed
