The company EMEA Commercial IT department designs novel IT solutions for the EMEA and in-market business partners. Main implementation tracks are focused on the business strategies encompassing Sales & Marketing, CRM, Web/Digital, on several technical platforms including Veeva/SalesForce, .NET, Oracle, Webmethods,…Responsibilities:
The IT design lead will gather business requirement and process design to translate business needs into solution specifications. The candidate recommends solutions, ensuring adequate analysis, solution feasibility, and economic feasibility. Scope is event management, value transfer, compliance and related processes. This is an EMEA based position, driving and performing the following activities:
•Understand, document and optimize where possible business processes. Drive business process harmonization and standardization.
•Manage workshops and engage with business to gather requirements and document them in User Stories/Requirements and functional specifications. Use demos, prototyping and configure a.o. SaaS solutions using an agile methodology.
•Design technical solutions including all aspects: transactions, reporting, compliance requirements, Produce/Review/Approve functional specifications and technical specifications.
•Specify functional requirements for technology selections.
•Provide input for budget and resource planning for change requests and/or new solutions
•Creation and coordination of UAT, including design of test strategy and test scripts. Managing defects out of the UAT.
•Manage Transition of solutions into maintenance and support. Train the trainers, provide input for services, support processes, etc.
•IT Testing of new software or enhancements to existing software to ensure solutions are delivered with quality
Technical skills:
•5 Years of experience in multiple functional areas
•Able to identify kPls to measure process effectiveness and understand current levels of effectiveness and notify business on opportunities for improvement.
•Strong understanding or willingness to grown in the business processes (event mgmt., compliance and Transfer of Value) to the point to process improvements can be identified and solutions designed, tested and trained to others.
•Business requirements: Experience in decomposing, refining, and documenting requirements using a variety of graphical and textual techniques, including user stories, prototyping, use case scenarios and diagrams, functional requirements specifications, activity and process diagrams is required.
