SAP BO Front End Developer Long contract Brussels
The contract is with a consultancy to be on an an assignment at a large European site in Brussels as follows:
The following services require to be provided:
Analysis and documentation of user reporting requirements.
Produce and maintain analysis artefacts (deliverables and documentation will be written in English).
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting.
Data analysis and Datamodelling.
Design, implementation and maintenance of Business Objects XI Universes
Design, implementation and maintenance of Business Objects XI Reports.
Management of the Business Objects Central Management Console.
User account management.
Design and implementation of the reporting security strategy.
User support and user coaching.
Migration and updates of Business Objects Framework.
Creation of on-line help in information systems.
Working language is English. A very good command of the English language is mandatory
2.2.2. Specific expertise
Required specific expertise:
SAP Business Objects XI reporting tools (Webi, Deski, Webi Rich Client, etc.).
SAP Business Objects XI Universes and Reports: analysis, implementation and maintenance.
SAP Business Objects XI security, user management and CMC administration.
SQL and de-normalised data models.
2.2.3. Desirable expertise
Expertise in the following domains would be an asset.
Knowledge in Data Warehouse, ETL processes and Data Quality.
Drafting skills, user support and trouble-shooting.
UML (Unified Modelling Language) or equivalent, Case Tools.
RUP (Rational Unified Process), Agile, Scrum or similar methodology.
