Our client an international leader is currently looking for a WORKDAY Certified Functional Consultant
with at least 1 or 2 full WD implementation as a consultant.
Experience of running design sessions for HCM and subsequent Workday configuration to agreed design
Strong understanding of data and data structures
Strong understanding of Workday:
o Domain Security
o Job Architecture
o Organisations
o Business Process Framework
Skills:
Be able to facilitate and run a design session
Strong enough personality to say no under pressure
Analytical and can ask probing questions.
Flexible and able to cope with change at short notice.
Organised.
The consultant need to be able to work on his/her own and with a team.
Knowledge of Implementation & support:
For this position the candidate need to speak English fluently.
Any other languages is a plus but not mandatory.
