Description
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- 3-5 years professional experience.
- Support manufacturing by creating and updating work instructions, training records, facility layouts, and BOMs including specifications.
- Operate instruments, track test results, and troubleshoot problems when manufacturing problems arise.
- Performs engineering duties; develops and validates processes, designs, and test methods for compounding, filling, and assembly of medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs per FDA guidelines.
- Write technical reports, handbooks, and bulletins for use by staff or customers.
- Estimates time and cost to complete projects.
- Researches designs and makes recommendations based on safety, quality, OEE, cost, and function.
