My client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Quality Manager for Global Service Delivery (GSD) on a 6 month Contract based in Dublin South.

Overview:
The IGM will oversee and manage IGM activities within the TechOps GSD scope.
The Ideal candidate would have experience in:
- 10 Years plus experience in the Pharmaceutical or aircraft industry within the IT sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of the practical CSV regulatory bodies such as the HPRA, EU, FDA.
- Working knowledge of the IT infrastructure technology.
- Knowledge should extend from the PLC to the backup system and virtualisation technologies.
- Experience in working in a Matrix structure.
- Excellent working knowledge of the below processes:
- Backup Management
- KPI Reporting
- Change Management
- Inventory Management
- Project Management
- Validation Master planning
- Risk Management
- IT Security Management
- Governance Auditing
- System Migration
- CSV Lifecycle Documentation
- Operational recovery
Skills/Competencies required:
- Must have a primary degree in engineering or science
- Ability to work and communicate with Senior Stakeholders.
- Significant Project &Program management experience.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Proven track record auditing IT Systems and processes to international, corporate and best practice standards is essential.
