MES Consultant
One of our market leading clients is urgently seeking a MES Consultant to work in a dynamic environment for a long-term, lucrative and stable contract.
Key Skills:
- Experience in mapping and reengineering business processes/architecting solution for To-Be processes/Designing & developing Manufacturing Execution systems applications interfacing with ERP/PLC/DCS, Industrial Drives, & HMI/SCADA based automation platforms for one or many of the following domains: Meat Processing, Process manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage
- Experience and exposure of direct manufacturing or other functional areas like Planning, Quality Management in a manufacturing company
- Should provide functional expertise, guides and instructs team on features of MES product and help in solution design, development and deployment of Flexnet based solution
- Analyzes customer needs and participates in mapping the business process requirements and is responsible for completeness and quality of functional design
- Analyses gaps and does impact analysis after understanding customer requirements
- One end to end implementation experience of MES solution deployment
- Domain knowledge relevant to Meat Processing, Consumer Packaged Goods/Food and Beverage/Process Industry
- Should have requisite understanding of relevant KPIs, metrics, calculations for Meat Processing/CPG/Process industry domain
- English and Danish ( written and oral) and interpersonal skills
