FINANCIAL ANALYST

Job Description:
- Prepares complex financial and data analysis reports, and may be accountable for the coordination, compilation and distribution of financial data provided by other staff
- Reporting will include financial analysis of identified variances with a summary of key findings and recommendations
- As assigned, this position will participate in complex projects and may lead projects of low complexity
Essential Functions:
- Collects data, researches, and prepares analysis for special programs and projects
- Responsible for data entry with accuracy
- Performs ad-hoc projects/studies of moderate scope utilizing knowledge of finance and accounting
Qualifications:
- BA in Finance or Accounting
- CPA certificate preferred
- 3+ years' direct relevant experience
- Excellent customer service communication skills with an ability to communicate respectfully, clearly and concisely with physicians and executives
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups)
- Strong analytical skills, very detail oriented
- Demonstrated problem solving and organization skills
- Able to work independently and in a group
- Innovative and identifies and recommends process improvements
- Comfortable in dealing with large amounts of data
