Details:
To support the R3 SAP project for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the compliance obligations in connection with:
- VAT and Intrastats in Europe and Switzerland.
- Corporation Tax
- VAT/Tax related statutory reporting
- Creation of training materials, Cutover and Interim procedures where necessary
- Manage incidents during deployment through to resolution, escalating where necessary
- Liaise with OTC and PTP workstreams to ensure VAT configurations and logic is accurate
- Participate in the Testing, Deployment and Hypercare phase of the R3 project
- Provide guidance and perspective on testing in relation to VAT/Corporate tax legislation and business requirements pertinent to RL's future processes
- Support testing by the users during UAT
- Actively manage defects found during testing
- Participate in transitioning the SAP knowledge to the run organization through training workshops and other activities
- Throughout deployment act as a key point for contact for process teams to help them navigate through the new functionality and issues that they may encounter
- Ensure completeness and quality across Change, BI, Conversion, training and process design within their respective streams
