5+ years experience with CRM. Must have at least 1 year recent exp with Salesforce. Should have around 10 years exp working in project environment. Must understand business process and be able to interact with different stakeholders in the business. English speaking, French bonus
The Functional Manager is responsible for "CRM -
Design and setup of the book of requirements to implement business processes within our SalesForce solution.
He has to manage the acceptance phase and to support the rollout to users.
He ensures the alignment of the process implemented in the CRM within the CMO organisation.
The Functional Manager CRM is integrated in the BPS project teams.
The main stakeholders are central CMO functions, Sales agencies and Customer teams, Customer Technical Services teams of Flat Europe and IT Europe.
