Description
- 5+ years experience in Utilities and 3 years Billing
- experience in functional/technical analysis
- problem solving attitude
- good communication and facilitation skills
- Assist the business representative in translating the processes into standard SAP in the switching area
- Participate to process design workshops
- Collaborate with other teams/domains
- Write technical specs for development
- Perform customizing
- Execute unit, system and integration tests
- Incident analysis
- Knowledge of utility market processes in Germany
- Knowledge of ABAP (read and debug)
- Knowledge of standard SAP functionalities (queries, authorisations, archiving, batch processing, ..)
Knowledge German language is advantage.
