Description
I am currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to engage in a 9 - 12 Month contract. The succesful candidate will be required to exhibit the below experience:- 2D & 3D CAD Designer/Draughtsman/Engineer with the proven experience on systems such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP.
- Knowledge of Revit
- Preparing Manufacturing drawings and installation sheets.
- Design and drawings of General Layouts, Plant Rooms layouts,
- Equipment drawings, Sections / Elevations, Details, Builders work and Multi Service Co-ordination skills.
- Preparing As Installed and Record drawings.
- Experience in Plant / Equipment layout co-ordination with steelwork/building elements and HVAC installations. Clash detection skill.
- Experience in Site measurements / Surveys and snagging on new build and existing sites.
- Manufacturing and Installation knowledge

- Proven experience in Equipment Specifications and Schedules.
- Advance HVAC installations knowledge (Ductwork Sizing for Ventilation Systems / Ventilation Calculations, Pipework Sizing for Hydronic Systems, Heat gain and Cooling Load Calculations, Domestic Water System Calculations).
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft word, excel.
