Continuing Health Care Nurse AssessorLocation - West Midlands
Start - ASAP
An NHS client is currently looking to recruit a Continuing Health care Nurse Assessor to join their organisation for a 3 month period with potential to extend past this date. Please see below for a few more details on the experience needed:
Key experience and qualification - RGN, RMN, RNLD
- Previous experience in a CHC Nurse assessor role is essential
- Completion of CHC Checklist
- Knowledge of Continuing Health Care Framework
- Previously carried out Live Case Assessments in residential homes, nursing homes and care homes
- Managing own case load
- Able to deal with 1-2 live cases per day
- Writing reports to show assessments
- Travel across area is essential
