Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
The Consultant must have experience working with business users on business requirements and SAP FI solutions. This includes gathering business requirements, mapping business functionality to system capability, testing, user training and support. Experience working with the OpenText for SAP products is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience implementing SAP systems as well as exposure to OpenText solutions.
Analysis
*Support and/or lead business workshops to identify business requirements
*Align business requirements with solution capabilities
*Support the creation of the functional design document
Development
*Perform relevant system configuration activities mainly in the SAP VIM configuration environment
*Intensively test the developed solution
Deployment
*Perform key user trainings
*Manage all activities for successful integration and user acceptance tests
*Support end user trainings
*Prepare go live activities
Support
*Provide key user support during hyper-care phase and after
*Gather solution improvements
